These General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between AMORIA and any person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") booking hotel or wellness services via the www.amoria-labaule.com website.

Any order or reservation placed via the site implies full acceptance of the present conditions. They may be updated at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the date of booking.

The customer receives a confirmation e-mail formalizing the service contract.
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They may be modified at any time, but the applicable rates are those confirmed at the time of booking.
Accepted means of payment are :
A prepayment, deposit or bank imprint may be required depending on the service booked.
Flexible pricing Cancellation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, the first night is due.
Non-cancellable / non-refundable rates no refunds possible, even in the event of no-shows.
Any request for modification is subject to express acceptance by the establishment.
A surcharge may be applied if the schedule is exceeded.
Access to the wellness area is reserved for customers of legal age or accompanied by an adult. Treatments must be booked in advance. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance may be billed.
The customer agrees to abide by the hotel's house rules. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to interrupt the service without compensation.
The hotel declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items not deposited in the individual safe. The customer remains responsible for any damage caused on the premises.
Personal data collected at the time of booking is processed in compliance with the RGPD. Customers may exercise their rights (access, rectification, opposition) by contacting: contact@amoria-labaule.com.
Complaints can be sent by e-mail or post to the establishment's management. In the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the mediator free of charge:

These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Rennes shall have sole jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
