1. The Bay of La Baule, from Pornichet to Pouliguen

9 km - Easy - Seaside

This is the iconic ride, the most accessibleand probably the most beautiful. From the foot of the Amoria hotel, follow the cycle path along the entire beach, from the port of Pornichet to the charming port of Le Pouliguen.

The route is flat, safe and family-friendlyperfect for a warm-up or a romantic sunset stroll. All along the way, easy stops for ice cream, coffee, a swim or simply to contemplate the ocean.

A must Enjoy a break at the end of the day on Le Nau beach, to watch the sky set ablaze over the bay.

2. Loop through the Escoublac forest

10 to 15 km - Easy to moderate level - Shaded

Head inland on this loop through the Escoublac forest, La Baule's green lung. You'll pass through the Escoublac district, then plunge into one of Europe's largest forest dunes, with its gentle, shady paths.

An ideal itinerary in summer, when the coolness of the pines becomes a luxury.

Not to be missed: climb up to the belvedere for a panoramic view of the bay. On a clear day, you can see as far as Noirmoutier!

3. From La Baule to the medieval town of Guérande

8 km one way - Easy - Countryside & heritage

From the Hotel Amoria, head for Escoublac, then follow the voie verte towards Guérande, a fortified medieval town of striking charm. A pleasant route through the Baule countryside, between small roads and protected paths.

Arriving in front of the ramparts is always a highlight: it's like stepping into another time.

A must: stroll along the cobbled streets, discover the local craftsmen, then treat yourself to a crêpe in one of the historic center's tearooms.

4. The salt marsh loop: nature and tradition

30 km - Moderate level - Exceptional scenery

For the more curious (and a little more athletic), this long loop takes you through the Guérande salt marshes to Batz-sur-Mer and Le Croisic. A magical itinerary in the heart of a living heritage, shaped by man for centuries.

Here, cycling becomes a real means of connecting with nature and history.

A must: stop by a salt worker's home to watch the salt harvest - a rare and precious skill.

30km round trip - Easy level - Coastal

From the hotel, via Le Pouliguen, hop on your bike and follow the coastal path along the wild coast to Le Croisic. An invigorating ride along rocks, steep cliffs, small coves and secret beaches.

The trail is well-maintained and accessible, offering spectacular views at every turn.

Not to be missed: stop off at the port of Le Croisic, a little jewel on the Atlantic coast, and why not take a gourmet break on the terrace.
